The local league administrator or representative from your area authorized the store creation with the approval of Little League International.
Prep Sportswear, in partnership with Little League International, has hand selected top brands and styles to provide the best offering for players, volunteers, fans and family. There is currently not an option to add or remove products or designs. However, we are currently working towards allowing team logos to be submitted for each online store.

The local league administrator assigned to your store will work directly with Prep Sportswear to receive monthly commission checks.
Each product is individually made for you based on your selections at the time of order. Please review your order before purchase to confirm design, personalization, size and quantity are correct. Your order will be produced as shown.
There is no minimum quantity, you can order all products as a quantity of one (1).
Your order is custom-made at our facility in Louisville, KY. Please allow 3 business days for production time. Our goal is to have your order produced in 3 business days, then shipped the following business day. On rare occasion we may experience delays in our production process due to, but not limited to, increases in demand, holidays, third party vendor logistics, work stoppage, power failures, inclement weather, and other variables that could adversely affect this timeline.
Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not allow an order to be changed once it is placed. This includes changes to quantity of items, colors, designs and sizes. We also do not allow for items to be added to the order. However, you can cancel your order up until 11:59 pm Pacific Time on the day the order is placed and place a new order with the changes you would like made.
Cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm Pacific Time the same day the order is placed. Please do the following:
Click the Order History link in the top right of your Order Confirmation email
Click Details next to the order you want to cancel
Scroll to the bottom left and click Cancel This Order
While a confirmation email is not sent, you will see the status of the order change to Cancelled
After clicking Place Order, you will receive an order confirmation email that will provide your order number, price, item description(s), size(s), and quantity. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
Reference the Order Confirmation email you received upon ordering to track the status of your order:

Click Details next to the order
If it has shipped, you will see a tracking link in the Tracking Number section
When an item shows as "out of stock" in the sizing dropdown, it means that it is unavailable from the manufacturer in that size/color combination. As soon as the item is available in that size and color, it will be listed in the size menu as a selection without "out of stock" next to it.
Also, occasionally products may become unavailable shortly after your order has been placed. When this happens, you will be notified via email and given the option to remove the item or choose a new color or size. After two weeks, if the out of stock item is still unavailable and you haven't chosen a new color or size, your entire order will be canceled and we will issue you a refund.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa. We do not accept payment by Purchase Order or check.
Because all of our products are custom-made, we will charge your credit card at the time the order is placed.
Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to addresses in Kentucky and Washington.

All orders ship via United States Postal Service.
To ship your order to an APO/FPO address follow the below steps at checkout:
Choose United States in the drop-down box for "Country". All APO/FPO addresses must select United States as the "Country".
Enter APO or FPO in field for "City".
Enter the two digit region code (AA, AE, or AP) in the field for "State".
The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once an order reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.
Because each Prep Sportswear product is custom-made for you based on your selections at the time of order, we do not accept returns/exchanges for:
Products produced as ordered
Free or promotional items
We will accept limited returns/exchanges for:
Items with manufacturer damage or defects
Items damaged in shipment
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order so we may assist you. We may ask for photo verification sent via email for Quality Assurance improvements.
Yes – a Prep Sportswear account is required to checkout.
Select the "My Account" link at the top right and click the "Create an Account" link. Create a new account by entering your name, email address and password. That's it. You will receive a welcome email confirming your registration.
Once you are signed in, click your name in the top right. From there you can update your personal information including name, email address and password.

We cannot modify or remove graphics, or add or delete lines of text. We only offer designs that are currently listed on the site.
Not all designs use the number or year field. You need to select a design that includes the number and/or year in addition to entering the number and year in the correct fields. We cannot add number or year to a design template that doesn't include already contain this field.
All products on the web site are exclusively produced and fulfilled by Prep Sportswear.
